Well, had my 3 week meeting with my "shrink" (been going for the last 2 years w all the changes that WLS brings) and we talked about this problem and how I have been REALLY leaning on this board to get thru this time and she was glad I was.
Told her about the scale thing and we agreed that I am going to have my husband hide it, cause if I do I will dig it out.
Also to continue with what I am doing till the first of the year, when I plan on getting back at the health club, it's just too much right now with the holidays to fit it in.
Did 1.6 mi Monday night because I had my other niece's concert to go to last night.

P.S. I think I know why the big change on the scale yesterday, my monthly started Mon night. (that answers alot
