Yumo.. I love halibut.  Sounds like a good day for you.  I tell you my fingers hurt from taking dvd's out of cases to put them in a book.  we have over 300 of them and was trying to make more room for more so we put the older ones in a case.. that was some serious work to get that all done. lol.. Wow.. nice protein there.. keep that up.  You are doing so great. Carla

Great job not nibbling on the bake goods.  I have never tried buffalo meat.  It sounds sound and the numbers look great for it. You had a very good day over all and with all that baking you could use it.  keep her sailing my friend.. Carla

I love!!!!!!!!!!!!Buffalo meat!!!! I buy it at the Healthfood Market. Its the best stuff and it tastes pretty good too. I usually mix it with 2 tablespoons of Kens Lite Balsamic Dressing and grill  it on the Foreman.  3 oz's and 1 oz of veggies!!! Yummy!!!!!! I am stuffed. Great!!!!

Wow a pretty different kind of day for you.  Much higher than the norm and food choices are different.  protein is where you normally have it so thats good.  Going higher keeps the body wondering what your doing.   Keep that ship sailing smoothly and have a great day Carla
