Friday weigh in..
I'm going to join in until I'm completely back on track. I thought I could keep it from happening, but I had the proverbial "I just had plastic surgery" weight gain. However, let this be proof that if you work the tool even at more than 2 years out, it will work!
Lowest weight: 130 lbs
Morning of PS: 132 lbs
Skin cut off: 3.3 lbs
Last Friday: 138
This Friday: 132
I got back in the gym this week and have been running. I haven't consciously changed anything in my diet, but naturally, I tend to not crave carbs when I'm working out.
Congrats on maintaining for two months. This week marked one year that I've been at or below my goal weight of 144, so I keep hoping having a year of positive history behind me will give me the tools to make it forever.
Blessings, Jennifer
253 / 140 (below goal)
If I were lying, wouldn't my pants be on fire?!?

Good for you and maintaining your weight
Well, last weeks weight was 151 (the same weight for quite a few weeks)
todays......150! finally a change.
I hope I can at least maintain over the holidays and after my surgery, won't be very active for a while. That is my goal.
