Well it's here.. friday weigh in.  So how are you all doing.  Maintaining, loosing or gaining.  Are you reaching your goals or still finding your way.  Time to sound off and be counted for all the hard work you have done.  remember we are all winners here.. Last week 122 This week 121 Thank goodness after I got on the scale on tuesday and saw 124 I kind of freaked out a bit.  But here I am, maintaining now for two months.. yeah for me. wow.. its those reduced food days youve been having.  Keep an eye on it.. not sure if you want to loose more now.  You may want to do some high cal protein shakes to get the cals in until you are able to eat more consistently. Carla

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

NOOOOO.... hang on girl.. you can do it.  keep those cals going and pushing that food.  no more reductions for you now.  Hope you get some answers from you doc soon. Carla

AHHHH!  I just feel like screaming. I have been eating well all week and getting that protein in.  But....no the scales aren't good to me, in fact they are down right nasty this week.  I was two pounds from goal last week at 147 and this week I am FOUR pounds from my goal at 149.   AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
