Accountability... what did you eat Thursday

Tell me about it...I was a gas factory late in the afternoon and all night long...Chili for lunch. Good though...

Breakfast: Malto meal with soy milk, banana and coffeee

Snack: (I snacked pretty much all day long. The house just didn't need cleaning) Roasted green peas, 1 package cheese crackers and peanut butter

Lunch: 1 can of beef chili (2 servings but by weight it's 1.9 servings so that's what I posted) and 1 cheese stick. (A fart factories power lunch, I guess)

Snack: 1 cup Dannon 4 oz yogurt, 3 SF Short bread cookies (1.5 servings, sadly, I checked the label AFTER I ate the three of them).

Dinner: 1/2 shredded Pork roast crockpotted with tomato based BBQ sauce, no sugar. and 1 ounce of cheese on a whole wheat flour tortilla

Dessert: SF Strawberry Angelfood Cake

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1593 Fat: 38 Carbs: 213 Protein: 104 Low on the calories for what I ate...seemed like I ate all day long. Good on the fat, High on the carbs for the activiy that I had..Laundry and not much else. The weather is just too cold for much else but the house is clean. Protein was okay. I ate the Angelfood cake early enough to feel the RHG effects..Felt weak and nauseous. I think that's going to disappear for me tonight...I had to lay down and it didn't feel good at all.  I'll be seeing my doctor later this month so we'll be talking about the RHG thing I suspect. No meds though. I believe I can control this by diet alone.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Girl it's not cold... my little butt is freezing.. I am living on warm tea, sweats and big blankets with the heater on.  Use to wear shorts year round and still sweat. lol.. You did have a good day.  Cals are low for you but you still did good.  Try and stay warm and I will see you tomorrow Carla

In regards to the sf candy, I think we all have been there and done that. I stay away from it because of the bad.... after affects. There are some types that even make you go to the john, like it runs right through you.

Spent most of the day shopping at various stores. Getting close to having things all in place for the big day.
