Accountability... what did you eat Thursday
OM gosh.. never never never eat sf candy. It will kill you. It is a shame I cant do sugar or sf either.. I have had the worst gas all day. I usually get it from the ice cream if I do to much but man today I have been dying all day.
So how was everyone elses day. Hope you all are ready for friday and ready to head into the weekend.

Opps forgot the 50 cals of sf candy... well didnt forget. trust me I will never forget that again. lol

I can feel for you--I learned the hard way about sf candy and monstrous gas. EWWWW!
I've been finding myself staying up all night after getting home at 11:30 PM from work, which really plays h*ll with my food intake. I have to juggle it all around to get it in.
0700: Breakfast: GNC Dutch Chocolate shake (nf milk), 1 small banana {32 g protein, 200 cal)
1300: Lunch: 3 oz Trader Joe's Mediterranean Cheese Style Yoghurt with mandarin oranges {9 g protein, 250 cal)
1730: Dinner: 8 oz Turkey Chili w/beans {30 g protein, 200 cal}
1930: Snack: Two Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate squares {5 g protein, 100 cal)
2230: Snack: Ka****LC bar {6 g protein, 140 cal}
2400: Snack: 8 oz Turkey Chili, 2 oz slice smoked turkey, 2 slices muenster cheese {65 g protein, 400 cal} eaten over the space of an hour after I got home from work. Either the turkey chili or the meat & cheese, but not both.
Looks like I do pretty well until I get home from work, then it's "Katy Bar The Door!!" I definitely need to try to work on the caloric content. I think the end-of-day eating is due to too little protein in the early part of the day.
I'm a little disappointed in the TJ's yoghurt--it's much too high in calories and too low in protein, but I needed something fast to eat at lunchtime. I like yoghurt, but I want to find the fage yoghurt which is much lower in sugars.
carla ~ i have the same problem with sf stuff especially ice cream. if i want candy i eat 70% cocoa or higher dark chocolate. i can eat about a 100 calorie serving with no problems. i tried to eat more yesterday, but i fell asleep as soon as i got home from work

As you can see I have sf ice cream every night and I have gas everynight.. I take gas x before i eat it. I say to myself every night why do I do that to my self especially when I have a bad bout of gas.. but I just keep doing it. I know the the ice cream keeps me regular so I eat it for that.. might be easier to take something else..lol and stop the ice cream maddness...lol
low day again for you.. How are you feeling. are you getting any relief from the new medication. YOu need to get something in you. I dont want you disappearing.
