Accountability.. What did you eat today?
My attitude this morning just plain sucks...I lost another pound, crap. Not enough to eat yesterday or the day before.
Breakfast: Malto meal, no soy, raisins, coffee
Snack: 6 oz Light Yogurt, baked protein bar with nuts
Lunch: 4 oz shrimp, 1/4 cup rice, cooked celery, carrots (from the stew a few nights ago)
Snack: 1/2 cup SF Jello and 1/4 cup NSA Fruit ****tail
Dinner: 3.2 oz Salmon pattie plus alittle left of another one off of my son's plate the other night. Figure 1.1 servings. 1/2 cup cheese tortellini and 1/4 white rice. Just a couple of bites.
No dessert, too tired.

Man that sucks. I eat more than 1200 cals and I gain.. what is up with that. you eat 2000 and loose.. go figure. Maybe someday we will be able to understand why the body does what it does. good protein... low cals of course.. go hit a half of a cow maybe that will help.... lol
It may just be water weight so dont sweat it. our 18 months will be here soon and than we will be looking at how to stop the gain.
See ya tomorrow
