I am not sure if I am ahead of the game but I decided to post now, ok Carla?

Still counting down till my surgery and then xmas. Got to check a few more things off my list today. Cards all done, gifts that need to mailed, ready. Tomorrow plan to do some baking, my son asked about my making peanut butter fudge, both kids favorite. Will try and make some and freeze it. Has anyone ever done that?

I just read all the posts from yesterday. Boy I must have been spaced out, I did some repeating of my post, more than once.

Would have gotten more baking done today but ran out of eggs and didn't want to go out, so I did some cleaning instead.

Opps forgot to post mine..lol.. what a long day I had.. was on my way to LA at 500 am in the morning and didnt get home til 600pm.  what a day.  I have decided to add a protein drink to my day cause it has been low the last few days.  i drank on last night before bed and the scale actually moved down from that 4 pound gain.. so that made me happy.. Howdy howdy.............. Very tired day today, switched my b-1 from a super b complex to just straight b-1, 3 days ago.  Might switch back.. Only difference I have done.  All I wanted to do was sleep today. 3 am AchievOne 33 oz of H2O B= 2 eggs/ 2 cheese  28g protein S= 3 cheese sticks 21g protein L= 5 oz of tuna  33g protein     3 triscuits ( my first time having them, they were pretty good) D= 5 oz of tuna  33g protein S= Protein bar  15g protein S= 2 cheese sticks 14g protein H2O = 152 oz Protein = 144 Huggs Debbiie

why did you change your vitamins.  I would think it would take more than a couple days to show a difference but it could be whats wrong.  Hope you are feeling better soon.  great day of protein.. love that total.. keep it up Carla

changed only my B-1 went from a super B complex to just a B-1 only... I thought 3 days was kind of soon for that as well.  They were on sale is why I changed, went back to the original today.. Same 100 mg of B-1, so maybe it was the other B's helping I don't have a clue.. Thanks for the concern.. Appreciate that.. Huggs Debbiie

it's official i have IBS.  the dr put me on donnatal for the pain and it seems to be working altho it has phenobarb in it so i'm a little sleepy.  i'll be working on getting my intake back up to where it should be.
