Thats a good question.  hope your appointment gives you some answers.  still low in all areas but its understandable with your stomach pains.  Just do the best you can.  Let us know what the doc says Carla

Ok yesterday all I could think about was I wanted a real hand patted, cooked in an iron skillet cheese burger and some fries. WHICH I NEVER NEVER COOK HAMBERGERS AND FRIES. So I stopped at the store and bought everything I need to make some killer burgers…and french fries. I went home, started cooking, when the were done I couldn't wait…the first bite…OH MY GOD it was sooooooooooooooo good….second bite wasn't setting quite right……..third bite off to the bathroom I went….LOL after throwing up, I waited a few minutes and tried again. 1-2-3 bites and off to the bathroom again…lol soooooooo I didn't have much of a dinner so I didn't even add it to my calculations.

u poor thing.  was it the bread or the meat?  i use romain lettuce leaves for my "bun" cause the combination of  meat and bread dont work well for me.  i've also been buying sirloin steak when it's on sale and having the butcher grind it once thru for burgers.

I'm not sure. Usually I eat mine wrapped in lettuce too. But I was going out on a limb, I just wanted a regular, no twist on it cheese burger….lol

I buy ground sirloin as well, a lot less fat. It tasted good, but my tummy certainly wasn't agreeing…lol Par for the course I suppose.

Hamburger and I dont get along either and if its to dry forget about it.  I havent even tried it with a bun cause I know the pouchy wouldnt make it.  low day over all because of that.. let the tummy rest and get that ship sailing again tomorrow.  they say you can try things occassionaly to see if the pouch will finally let you have it but so far the things it doesnt like are still the things it doesnt like...
