I am not happy that my calories are so low as experience has told me that I need to eat more to lose consistantly, but......the bright side is that my protein has been good each day this last week so I am at least getting good quality calories.

That is very true.. and why I have been mad at myself lately.. not getting enough in.  you are doing really good though on you protein and over all choices.. so keep that up.  I added a shake to mine to help bring it up a bit. See you tomorrow Carla

Carla, I am glad to see you did not stop eating. With what you have been taking in, your weight fluctuation can not be from food, it has to be fluid.

Getting more things off my list, only have 16 days left until my surgery and have to get everything else done for Christmas by then.

I would starve...lol.. dropped the weight today for some reason.. go figure.. back to 122.. so I am happy.  you of course had a great day.  nice all the way around.. dont forget to over load on protein before surgery so you will heal faster.  It really does help from what I understand. Keep up the good work.. you are doing great. Carla

Better day for me...Daughter decided they want to get married in Hawaii...Whew. No relatives will hassle that so no invitations will have to go out...AND we get to go to Hawaii...hubby said so.

Breakfast: Malto meal (no soy milk) 1/4 raisins, coffee

Snack: 1/2 cup roasted green peas and a banana Lunch: 4 oz of imitation crab flakes, ****tail sauce and 2.5 oz left over turkey breast (weighed it all so I know for sure) Snacks: 2 homemade protein bars with added roasted peanuts (ate about 2 hrs apart) Dinner: 3.2 oz salmon patty (dab of pesto, dab of minced garlic and a tomato slice, in an aluminum packet on the grill for 15 minutes) with 1/2 cup cheese tortellini and several broccoli flowerettes. I'd say 1/2 cup. No dessert tonight...Too stuffed.  Totals:  Calories: 1664 Fat: 41 Carbs: 214 Protein: 105

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
