Protein Drinks ????
How about asking your Dr or nut? I don't see why it would be a problem except that it is the same pattern I used to be in - try some crazy idea to lose weight quickly and go back to "normal" eating (which of course was anything but normal) once I had either gotten sick of the crazy diet or reached some goal. Good luck.

I would do 3 days of water/protein drinks only, if made with water, not moo. Then gradually add in protein foods, as well, then by day 10, add back in the veggies, nuts, seeds. You'd be on full vites the whole time, of course?
I have done the 3 day thing to sort of break the carb grip on me. Much longer makes me kinda nervous, you know?
