Good protein day, but not enough calories by far.  I was just SO busy getting my last papers for classes done.  We only have this week and next week before the semester is over and I am feeling the crunch.  I am glad I keep the bars on hand so I make sure to get protein in, but I am looking forward to a nice steak this Christmas!!!

Yikes.. you got that right.  Sometimes you just gotta let them do what they are gonna do and pay the consequences of their actions.  Maybe she will wake up about it before it's to late.  Good day for you.  great protein... yeah..  Be good and I will see you tomorrow Carla

I would have liked for the carbs to be a hair lower but all in all I think on most days I do pretty good. Document most every day. This helps with being accountable.

You do wonderful yourself!!! :-)

Have a great Tuesday!

Hugs,

Lisa
