Carla I just noticed that the day you posted for Saturday should have been listed as FRIDAY..I posted my friday menu there but now need to post Saturday...CARLA, I hope you don't mind. It was a party day for me so these totals are going to be guesses. I know what I ate but how much of it? It's a good guess. Breakfast: Egg and Bean Burrito. Estimated 1 cup of refried beans, 2 eggs and an ounce of cheese.  Lunch: the party had a Sub Sandwich with roast beef and ham, cheese, lettuce and tomato. I took it off the bread and had two portions about an inch wide and five inches long (each portion). Guacamole, about a 1/4 cup. Potato Salad, about 1/4 cup and exactly 6 potato chips to scoop and eat the Guac.  (AMAZING! No snacks at all)  Dinner: 4 ounces of shrimp with ****tail sauce and 4 vanilla sugar free wafers. I'm going to have some home made frozen banana yogurt before I go to bed:  Totals:  Calories 1642 Fat 85 Carbs 120 Protein 102

I drank a bunch of hot tea Saturday too. Just too cold for the crystal light stuff. I drank one bottle of that and my hands were so cold from just holding the bottle that they hurt. I switched to hot coffee and drank hot tea later in the night. Your day sounds like so much fun.Tiring but fun all day long and well into the night...I just love the Christmas holiday. I'll report in later when youhave the listing for Sunday...I've already hit the floor running and been cleaning and doing laundry for 2 hours...Up before dawn and up too late too...

It is a about 24 degrees here in SE CT and freezing rain.
Drinking plenty of hot fluids and can't get warm. Have to get to bed and snuggle under my electric blanket. Hopefully the weather will be ok in the morning since I am suppose to go to a preop surgery class at the hospital and it is about 26 miles from home.

You just keep going and going.  Yes I cant get warm either.  I am not use to the cold weather here in cali so I am about to freeze to death.  I look silly with all these clothes on.   I would die if it were that cold here.. I dont know how you stand it.  I went and got some ucks today just to keep my feet warm.  I would be in a full parka there.  oh my.   you stay warm and take care.. good luck tomorrow.   Carla

I used to wish I lived back in Montana again but suffering in 50 degree weather around here down to the mid 20's I'm freezing all the time. I got home today from going out to lunch and curled up with sweat pants, sweat shirt, big bath robe, socks AND slippers and turned up the bed heater and finally got warm about 1 pm...Yikes. I just don't know how I would be able to handle freezing weather for days and weeks...I'd just have to buy electric long johns and layer them...
