Well, I needed about 30 more grams of protein for dinner and hubby made spaghetti...He put meat balls in but those are useless for protein. 2 grams of protein per meat ball and there's no way I can eat 15 of those...So dessert for me included jumbo shrimp...and hot sauce.
Breakfast: Malto meal made with soy milk and raisins, coffee (this was 15 grams of protein)
Snack: Raw carrots and celery with ranch dressing and a cheese stick (8 grams)
Lunch: Tina's burrito (Bean and Cheese) with salsa, the rest of the celery with peanut butter: 20 grams
Snack: Granola bar and a 6 oz cup of yogurt. 12 grams...Note to self: this granola bar is the first one I've had in a while and it made me feel jittery. I'm thinking I'll get rid of all the granola bars I have and just eat protein bars because of the carbs) Dinner: 4 meatballs, meat sauce, rice (about a 1/4 cup total of rice) I saw how futile the meatballs were and broke open the shrimp (4 ounces) with the remaining meat sauce and tapatio sauce...(46 grams of protein total...the 24 from the shrimp saved me). It was so much in volume (with those useless meatballs and stupid rice) that it took me an hour to eat all of it... Totals: Calories: 1882 Fat: 68 Carbs: 234 Protein: 106 Admittedly the burrito was packed with carbs (over 1/4 of all the carbs for the day) but I'm happy with those numbers, I think. Not happy that the protein all came at the end of the day...I need to work on that.

Nice day for you. I need to work on mine so seriously. I dont know why I have just been so low on cals lately. I need to hit 1200 a day but by the time I see what I have done I would have to eat all night to get to it.
You get the carbs up as well... good day for protein for you even if it was at the end. those burritos will get you. Just keep it up though you need to the calories. Like you I am waiting for that bounce back to see what it does. I dont want to get to use to big numbers and than have to drop them down... so as long as I am maintianing I will just keep it going the way it is.
