Protein Packed Recipe Post
I whipped this up last night and wanted to share it with you. It is nothing but protein and is very tasty.
Saute onion and mushroom in a bit of olive or peanut oil.
Cook ground beef (season as desired, I salt and pepper), drain, and add to the onion and mushroom mixture.
Add blanched spinach to this and let simmer a few minutes.
Beat some eggs and tabasco sauce together (ever how much or little you would like), and pore over the ground beef mixture. Scramble up and enjoy.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle
I have recently started using ground turkey in some of my dishes. I thought I didn't like it, as it was too bland. So the answer is to really, really spice it up. I usually add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and ginger to the ground turkey as it is cooking. Tastes pretty good to me. I eat a lot of ground beef and turkey, not because I have trouble digesting other meats, but because I don't like to handle raw meat very much, and cooking with ground is the easiest form for me.
