Well the weekend is near.  How are you all doing.  I had a very long day and I am tired.  Just woke up from dozing off on the couch so I know it was a long day.   I am sure glad tomorrow I am off but as always I got a list a mile long to get down before the kids get home.   So I was teaching all day and of course didnt get enough to drink or eat for the day.  Made up for it a bit with some pizza for dinner as I was just to tired to cook.. so here was my day.
breakfast:
Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped 74 19 0 0 Remove

lunch:
Tuna Salad, 3 oz 159 8 8 14 Remove

Okay. Here goes.

Breakfast: Malto meal made with soy milk (8 oz) and 1/4 cup raisins, coffee

Snack: Luna Lemon Zest Protein bar

Second Snack: celery with peanut butter. 2T peanut butter, about a cup of celery sticks

Lunch: Tina's burrito Bean and Cheese with salsa, didn't count the salsa

Snack: SF Jello and NSA fruit ****tail. About a cup of jello and 1/4 cup of fruit

Dinner: 3 oz steak (weighed) 1/3 cup mashed potatoes no gravy, 1/3 cup canned peas

Dessert: 3 oz of roasted turkey breast.

Totals:

Calories: 1486

Fat: 39

Carbs: 195

Protein: 99 I'm up at 3 am this morning so this day is going to be a giant eating frenzy.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

That is one long day.  wow.. low on calories for you, but protein looks good at least for the amount you ate.  Hope you have a great weekend.  I know its raining where I am so I am sure it is or will be soon where you are. See ya tomorrow Carla

Wow I would say so.  You need more than that and your protein is sad.  Can you plan your meals during the week so you do better.  I have to or I would be low as well.  Have a great weekend and I hope you start feeling better real soon. Carla

B - SF NF Almond Roca (newly found syrup flavor) Latte  YUMMY!!! S - Greek style nonfat yogurt with fresh blackberries S - Venti NF SF Chai Tea Misto (while sitting at the hairdresser) L - 3 low fat triscuits, 2 slices fat free ham, 3 snack squares of sharp cheddar cheese, a little edemame & shrimp soup S - banana, pretzels D - Shelly's chicken cacciatore, salad, and a few bites of the beef & black bean stew I made for tonights dinner. S - about 10 mixed nuts V - done W - 1/2 E - done

Seems like more proten today than yesterday.  Not sure how much you got in the chicken.   made good choices for the day.  Are you still trying to loose, maintain or what.  It helps to know where you are on your journey. See you tomorrow Carla
