Accountability.. What did you eat Wednesday

I have just been eating more bars and shakes lately, but not on purpose. I am busy as the semester comes to a close but want to get the nutrition in.  Also, my nutritionist at the surgeon's office has my protein goal as 65.  I try  to aim for 75 each day to hit the target so I think my protein numbers are right on track for me and my bariatric team.

Kept busy today, made spagetti sauce for tomorrow's dinner, made three loaves sf, lfpumpkin bread and froze it for xmas, did come cleaning and then made dinner and did my first home guitar lesson. My DH got me a guitar,along with all the assessories and 10 dvd lessons from Estaban on HSN. It is a beautiful collectors edition guitar first in a series, this one has the colors and emblems of a 57 chevy. I had tried to play as a teen but did not keep it up. But, I really hope this time I can do it. His lessons seem to be the key. He can really teach, and starts with the real basics . I am practicing the chromatic scale right now until I get that down pat. ( Had to open the gift since it came early and I already new what it was).

The key to playing a gutair is pactice.  lots of it.  you got to limber up those fingers.. Once you get it down it sticks with you forever but you gotta get it down.  At least if you have the left sided brain function.  lol.. I play but I am not a great player...lol.. Now my daddy.. he can play.. I think it should be in the genes but it skipped me..  Gee what shall we talk about.. hmmm... oh.. food.. again.. another great day.. dont know why we even talk about it.. lets talk about spagetti... yummy.. love the stuff without the pasta of course.. you have fun with the gutair and I will see you tomorrow Carla
