I appreciate your saying this. I've been waiting for that other shoe to fall (the bounce back) now that I'm getting close to the 18 month mark...But maybe it will happen at 2 years. I just dont' know how I'm going to feel about that bounce back thing..I've never ever been in control of my weight and now that I'm pretty mu*****ontrol, I'm afraid of losing that control when I bounce...Alot of my co-workers think this thinking is unhealthy..that I'm bordering on anorexia..Maybe so. it's new territory for me, emotionally and physically...I come here for my sanity.

Yeah its hard to understand why you dont stay higher.  I know you keep moving all day and that keeps your metabolism up and moving.  I wish I could do that.. i up my cals and gain weight.. Guess your body likes that number.  I would go up some more you are doing almost 2000 now.  May be just the way you absorb your food. You just may not be getting all the cals in you.  I hear your absorbing gets better later... I dont know.. Just keep doing what your doing... I know I have heard that some people eat hugh amounts to keep it up. Good day for you... more protein... be good. hey what size clothes do you wear now.. ur 5'5 right..  Carla

My size is about a size 2. I have size 6 jeans but I swim in them. I bought dresses and skirts at size 4 but some are big now, some I took in, some I'll wait and see what happens next summer. Right now, small is too big. Extra small may fit but might be too small. But then I was given a pair of jeans, size 5 and I could get them on just once...TIGHT. On average...Size 4.  I figure it this way. I'll eat this way and keep trac****il I get to the point that I start gaining. Then I'll have to refigure my intake and adjust to maintaining there. If I can stop eating this much..I'm just afraid that I will lose control and not be able to stop once my malaborbtion thing kicks off. I hear story after story about this and it's scary..

Since you and I are about in the same place I appreciate the insite from those who have come before us.  I too am waiting for that shoe to drop.  I worry every day that this bounce back is gonna hit.  I know ppl think I am way to thin too and my orginal goal was 135 and I am 15 below that.  I like were I am now and dont want to go back to 135.. it worries me though.. We can both hang on and see what happens together.. and with the support of everyone on this board I am sure we will both do just fine. Carla

Yikes that hurts.. no I think you did good.  Little high on cals for you but actually not bad at all.  Sometimes it's good to shake it up a bit just to keep your body guessing.. hehehe... Have a good one.. hope you get the stove fixed so you can get back to your normal routine.  I would go nuts without a stove.. Cooking seems to help with eating the right way each day. See ya tomorrow Carla

Pre B - SF NF Carmel Latte B - Old Fashion Oatmeal with Splenda and blueberries  -  a real treat since my DR doesn't like us eating oatmeal! I have it maybe once a month. S - 2 small vegetable steamed buns - 1 spinach, 1 mushroom and bamboo  L - Homemade edemame, shrimp and veggie soup, banana S - pretzels, NF Greek yogurt w/ fresh blackberries D - TJ's Chili lime chicken burger with cheese fixins, protein style lettuce wrap, no bun S - Kay's Naturals Cinnamon toast Pretzels V - done W - done E - done I know many won't agree, but I don't keep track of daily totals as per my DR. They feel this is your life not a diet. I eat protein first at each meal and snack.  After figuring it out looks as though I got in about 80-85 grams of protein yesterday.

Making good choices is what it's all about.  If you make the right ones everything else fall in place.  See about right.  I try hard to get the right amounts in.  I think I do it not so much because I would over eat, but I tend to not eat enough.  I kind of adjust my day at the end to get more in.  Which ever way you do it... if it works for you that go for it.  Seems like you got a smooth sailing ship going with what you are doing... See you tomorrow. Carla

Interesting day.  Seems like all the protein came from bars or shakes.  Are you cutting back on your food intake or is this a new kind of diet plan.  I tend to be hunger when I dont get at least some dense meat in me.    Numbers are a bit low as well in the protein area.  take care and I will see you tomorrow.
