I am new to this site and just wantd to introduce myself.  I am 9 months post-op and 174 pounds lighter.  Life is so much better.  I have hit a sticking point, though.  Stuck at the same weight for about three weeks now.  I came here looking to re-educate(?) myself on nutrition and fitness.  I have been in the gym for the past couple of months strength training and running. Well, I just thought I wouls say hi and I will be asking questions later.

Welcome and congratulations on the loss so far.  One of the great things is that at 9 months out, you can really follow any good physical exercise progam and not just one for wls patients.  And stalls are not uncommon at this point either.  One thing that I don't see too much of but I think helped me was eating on a schedule.  I ate at pretty much the same time every day.  That way my body "knew" it would be fed and didn't have to go into the starvation mode. Good luck, Sally
