time out program
hey everyone.
i tried the 5 day pouch, but i couldnt get passed day 2, stress of work and at home always seems to get the best out of me, i do eat 4oz of food max. each meal,protein first and veges... its the snacking thts not right, always going for candy and carbs..i want to break this habit now.
i wanted to find out more about the time out program, hopefully it will help me and in the process drop the last 5 pounds.
