how does the 5 day pouch test work?

Tracy Did you lose any weight while you did this?  Do you think that this 5day program is more tolerable than the time out program?  I want to do something to lose the last 15 pounds.   Thanks a bunch!

I didn't really do it to lose weight, more to get back on a good track, but yes I lost 5lbs. I have found this alot easier to stick to than the time out program, although I know that the TO did work for alot of people. Good Luck wiht those last 15lbs~Just don't give up!!!!!

That was a plan some were doing a few months ago, but I can't remember the exact details. I know that Molly did it with success.
