OK.. so day three of the outdoor lights... and still going.. We are getting closer.  Now I need to put the spot lights out on everything, put the Merry Christmas sign out and decorate the other side of the yard.  OMGosh.. I am tired of decorating.  Also worked inside the house today.  Got the tree up and we are doing the traditional SantaClaus (3) movie.  It's lot of funn.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.... oppps Im awake So for my day.  I havent even eaten all that is on this list but I am gonna try to get it in.  I am trying so hard to get to 1200 each day.  I dont know why I have such a hard time getting there.  I am working on it though.  Some how I managed to slide back down below 1000 for a couple weeks.. but I caught myself.. now I just need to eat more.. funny thing is I feel like I am eating all day than I total it up and dont hit 1000, than I make up for it at night.. go figure. So here is my day.

I spent a lazy day getting over a long drive roundtrip to Oregon to visit family for Thanksgiving. B:  1130(!) Dutch Chocolate shake w/ 8 oz nf milk L:  1600:  4 oz Tuna w/spinach, red onion,mushrooms, 3-bean salad, lt Ceasar dressing S:  1930:  2 Kashi protein bars, one small apple D:  Not sure yet;  probably stir-fried shrimp and veggies Also drinking Sobe` Lean and Int'l House Chai Latte through the day. I know what you mean about the caloric intake;  I feel like I'm pretty stuffed at the end of the day!

It is so beautiful up there.  What a nice trip. Sounds like you got a good day planned out for yourself.  Enjoy the rest.  I had a five day weekend and never sat the whole time.. I could use a break myself. See ya tomorrow Carla

S) pecans, cashews 10 peices each

Probably 40 oz water My values were 1192 calories, 56 gm fat, 68 gm carbs, and 64 gm protein. Not bad.

yes much better.. glad to see you bust the 1000 calorie mark.  Could use a bit more protein. but the rest looks fantastic.  Keep up the good job. I see you eat chili alot.  I love that stuff.  Do you fill full after that or soup.  I think it runs through me to quick plus the calories give me a heart attack on the chilli.. soup is not so bad depending on the kind I eat. I do eat soup a lot, and chili a little less. I feel full after water! I stay full for a while if I reach feeling full after a meal, so that's not a problem yet. I'm 22 months out. Before the PS, I had gained 2 pounds and couldn't get it back off. I did everything for a month, and that 2 little pounds was with me to stay. I've lost since, but I think it's partly because I'm so tight through the middle due to the TT, hernia repair.

Not great but certaintly better than the last few weeks...I am ready to get it straight...went and worked out yesterday..did an hour of cardio...man I really miss my personal training... B: Protein Shake L: Salad w/chicken & veggies S: ff pudding D: 3 BBQ wings, 2 oz of crab, 4 oz of shrimp Here is where is gets scary...2 beers w/dinner LNS: pumpkin pie w/ 1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream....felt sick afterwards. Cal: 1753       Carbs: 134           Fat: 46       Protein: 142

YIKES... I am trying to remember where you were at when you were posting before.. I dont think it was that high.  I know you needed to go higher because of exercise.  I do remember the beer story.   How are you doing on weight as far as maintaining or loosing.  Love the protein number and the rest are not to bad.  A lot of the cals came from that pie and ice cream. and beer..lol... How many oz can you eat at one setting or what dinner just from eating over an extended period of time.

 

Now..... You know I am gonna get you for the beer.  Back away from the beer.  Empty calories and something you dont need.  Take care of yourself girl.. You know I am here if you wanna talk.  Just PM me.. Now lets get that ship sailing right.. glad to hear you are back at the gym.  I am still not hitting it like I was because of my legs and now I am just not into it right now.  Glad to hear you are heading back in.  I need to do that too. Carla, I was around 1500 calories...but would like to stick to around 1200.  I have just been maintaining my weight...currently at 163 and it has not budged since May...seems like I can pretty much live life, eat whatever and have bad days often and stay the same.  My goal however is to lose 10 more lbs.  So, with not having a personal trainer anymore, I must do better since I will be working out on my own and I know I won't push as much as they did. Yes, the beer was a "no-no"...not only did I drink it...I drank it with my meal.  I have been noticing that I have been sipping more with meals...NO, NO, NO. It seems like I am able to eat alot at a sitting...I tend to stick with softer foods and can consume 11/2 cups at a time on average.  I really need to eat more dense protein cause that really fills me up. Me too.. If I eat soft stuff it tends to go right through.  If I eat chicken or steak I am good all day.  Thats what I remembered from before.  That is so great that you are able to not worry so much about eating.  Just dont let it sneak up on you... Take care Carla
