Probably 40 oz water My values were 1192 calories, 56 gm fat, 68 gm carbs, and 64 gm protein. Not bad.

YIKES... I am trying to remember where you were at when you were posting before.. I dont think it was that high. I know you needed to go higher because of exercise. I do remember the beer story. How are you doing on weight as far as maintaining or loosing. Love the protein number and the rest are not to bad. A lot of the cals came from that pie and ice cream. and beer..lol... How many oz can you eat at one setting or what dinner just from eating over an extended period of time.
Now..... You know I am gonna get you for the beer. Back away from the beer. Empty calories and something you dont need. Take care of yourself girl.. You know I am here if you wanna talk. Just PM me..
