Accountability... What did you eat Saturday

Nuts can be decieving.  You can eat a lot of them and for me.. they are just not worth the calories you get for the small amount of protein.  I would rather get 20 grms of protein from a drink for 110 claories than 400 plus calories for half the protein. Yes. Your protein is low.. way low.  I try to keep mine up around a hundred plus a day.  That may seem high but it works.  I figure we dont absorb it all so if I do over a hundred I know i am a least getting 80 in my system.  Protein is more satisfying as well.   so welcome aboard..
