Well, this day started at 1:30 am..I woke up hungry and couldn't go back to sleep so I had a cheese stick. Definately went back to sleep but had I needed to do a fasting blood test, I'd have been in trouble. I don't know why doing a fasting blood test has me so flustered but late in December when I actually do have to give one, I'm going to be a terrible wreck.
The day for me:
2 am snack: 1 cheese stick
Breakfast: Malto meal with banana, coffee snack: Homemade protein bar (with added peanuts) Lunch:Tina's burrito, Beef & Bean, Green Chili and then a cup of yogurt Snack:Cheese stick and another homemade protein bar (I don't like the peanuts in them now so I'll have to do another batch without the nuts..Picky little me) Dinner: Buffalo Steak Burger and 6 pretzel sticks Dessert: Frozen Banana Yogurt (soy based, homemade) only 1/2 cup Totals: Calories: 1550 Fat: 44 Carbs: 161 Protein: 111
