OPps had an apple not on my list so add about 60 more cals.  Not to bad of a day.  Its so funny with the big numbers from yesterday I was so worried I would gain and I lost a pound.  Might be a good thing to increase the cals.  Now if I could just get my brain to allow me to do it.. thats another story. See you all tomorrow... keep that ship sailing right... Carla

Not the Same Dawn
on 11/22/07 5:27 am - BEE EFF EEE, CA

Well, this day started at 1:30 am..I woke up hungry and couldn't go back to sleep so I had a cheese stick. Definately went back to sleep but had I needed to do a fasting blood test, I'd have been in trouble. I don't know why doing a fasting blood test has me so flustered but late in December when I actually do have to give one, I'm going to be a terrible wreck.

The day for me:

2 am snack: 1 cheese stick

Breakfast: Malto meal with banana, coffee snack: Homemade protein bar (with added peanuts) Lunch:Tina's burrito, Beef & Bean, Green Chili and then a cup of yogurt Snack:Cheese stick and another homemade protein bar (I don't like the peanuts in them now so I'll have to do another batch without the nuts..Picky little me) Dinner: Buffalo Steak Burger and 6 pretzel sticks Dessert: Frozen Banana Yogurt (soy based, homemade) only 1/2 cup Totals:  Calories: 1550 Fat: 44 Carbs: 161 Protein: 111

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Well the day started off good (food wise) Then it was a bit of a free for all, trying a bit of most things, but not all (I did skip the mashed potatos). I have to say everything was delicious and I made the desserts very low fat and sugar free, but the stuffing is what I enjoy the most. Another thing to be thankful for today Having had WLS! I know I did not eat anywhere as much as I would of had before WLS.
