Alright all I kicked some serious butt today in my meeting.. lol.. I love days like this and I am so happy the little girl is gonna get what she needs to be sucessful..  Lets get to the good stuff... check out my day.. i was on a roll.. I dont know what I was doing.. I was prepared, took my ice chest with snack and just had a field day with food.. yikes... Cant say I didnt hit my totals today.. 
breakfast:

Notice the cookies i ate at lunch... I never do that.. they were good though.. yikes.. look at that total.. I almost hit 1400 cals.. I will be affraid to get on the scale tomorrow.. Do you see the protein.. yikes... 146... hows that for a number..lol..  You will know tomorrow if I am crying how these totals affected my day. I know, stop worrying Carla.. but that is easier said than done. See you all tomorrow I hope with a good report.. Carla

OH GOD WE HAD TONS OF FOOD AT WORK FOR THANKSGIVING TUESDAY. DID I EAT?  SURE DID! LOL OVER DID IT. I ATE MEAT LOL I HAD 1 VERY SMALL SAUSAGE BALL 1 SPOON OF DIP 1 BITE OF HAWIAN BREAD.................... AND ABOUT 3 POTS OF COFFEE......... THAT WAS A LOT FOR  ME.........

Carla, I took your suggestion and went to sparkpeople and started tracking my food. I think I did very well yesterday.    How do you copy and paste it here. It wont work for me. Thanks Wanda

just copy the page and put it in.  Works just like that.  Now mine shows differently than others cause I am in HTML editor #1.  If you dont use that format it will transfer over like Sher's does. either way it works.  glad to hear you did that.. Carla

Celebration night here. My daughter and her boyfriend have announced officially they are getting married. They were going to London and Paris this next weekend and he was going to propose in Paris (how romantic!) but he just couldn't wait...So we went to a pizza place last night. Here are my totals: Breakfast: Malto Meal, banana and coffee Snack: Balance Bare Protein Bar Lunch:Imitation crab flakes on celery sticks with mayo and pesto and relish...Yum Snack:Special K Protein Bar Dinner: Broasted (I'm sure they mean fried) chicken breast, 1 slice cheese pizza without the crust and a 4 ounce mug of beer.  Calories 1869 Fat 61 Carbs 214 (YIKES) Protein 129 Not bad for a celebration meal including a bit of beer!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I know! I know! I have nine step grandkids already so I told her FINALLY I can have my own grandkids and not imitation ones...And she told me...One thing at a time MOM...Oh, she's right I'm just chomping at the bit to have my OWN grandkids. Four new grandbabies born in our office family this last month...I'm behind the times.

We went out and bought her a new warm jacket a couple of weeks ago...I'm so jealous. I really wish I could go...She's so darn lucky, blessed...The brat. Love her and him. They are great kids.
