staying on track after 5dpt
I did the 5dpt a few weeks ago and have been sticking to the basics ever since. I have been eating dense proteins, veggies and a 1/2 fruit at each meal. I have lost 4 pounds since last monday
and I feel great.This is a scaled down version of Lindas plan B without the starches. The carb monster was on my heels all day yesterday, after a handfull of tostitos, I got in my car and went shopping. Not sure if it was just the carbs or the salty crunchy monster. I also beefed up my workout from 30 min on the treadmill to 45 and will aim for 60 this week. Hope everyone else is doing well. With the holidays upon us we beed to keep it under control, Debra
