Accountability... What did you eat Sunday

Well for a quite weekend it did not turn out that way.. busy busy busy.  put shutters up in my daughters room to finally close up the opening that hangs over there for the world to see as you enter the house.. dont understand why they do that.. than work work work.  to much work.. writing reports all weekend for work.  So I hope everyones weekend was good. 

So did we sail or ships smoothly or was it one of those.. weekends just do me in.  I noticed a few of us struggled with that a bit.. Turkey day will soon be here and food will be aplenty.. yikes... I baked all day myself.  I made sf peanut and chocolate cheese cake, sf pumkin pie, carrot cake, spagetti that took 6 hours on the stove, got my yams done, and a variety of other stuff done.  All thats left is the turkey on Thursday...   So here was my Sunday.....

breakfast:

Protein is not to good.  I ate some pretezels to get it above 1000... haha.. you would figure with all that cooking I would have eaten more but I tend not to want to eat when I cook... go figure... Have a great one and I will see you all tomorrow Carla

Hi Carla: I am going to join you on your accountability post when I am done with the 5dpt. I post everyday on the accountability thread on the post op pregnancy board. Question??? I have been following your posts and I am confused--do you really mean  0.1 oz or is it supposed to be 1 oz? And 0.1 cup?? 1/10 cup of pasta? Can you even measure that?? I have a great digital scale but I dont think it goes to the 10th of an ounce. Thanks

No i dont think you can measure that.  I say that when I just use a pinch of something.. with the pasta, which I never eat, I just tasted a noodle so i put it down.. silly I know but I try to count it all even if I just had a small amount on my fork.   Carla

Rotten weekend...Too much stress. Here it is and today aint lookin any too good either: Breakfast: Malto Meal, raisins and a banana (and coffee) snack: Homemade Protein bar Lunch: Chicken Breast sandwich with no bun, lettuce and tomato Snack: 1 cup homemade frozen Banana Soy Yogurt (yummy) dinner: Salmon patty with red leaf lettuce salad and a smidgen of Pomegranet Vinegret Dessert: 1 cup regular light yogurt Totals:  Calories 1055 Fat 16 Carbs 122 Protein 96

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

We sure are creatures of habit arent we.. Sometimes I get tired of the same things but I am comfortable with it knowing that I wont over do it.  Do you feel the same way.   good numbers all over but it is a patten day for you.. keep it up.. and have a great day.  are you planning a big thanksgiving or just staying low key with it.
