Yeah the weekend is here... Hope you all have a great one.  Looks like it's gonna be sunny here in California.  I love that.  Gotta clean up the mess we made last weekend in the garage and fix the daughters room now.  Not to bad of a weekend planned.  I do have to write a report for work.. same I have to bring work home sometimes cause it's just to much do get done in a week, but those other weeks were I am bored to death.. guess it pans out.

 

So here was my day

Not the best day as far as calories but love my protein totals.. i drank an extra protein drink to get it up.  My ice cream made me :barf: tonight so that wasnt so good.  I dont know why I eat it everyday when it gives me a tummy ache.  I do know if I dont eat it I dont go potty.  In a why I dump on it i guess you can say.  How sad is that.. told you I have a very picky tummy. lol.  Maybe I should look for something less painful on my tummy to go potty everyday.  I just know it has worked from early on.  Never have a problem in that area as long as I eat the ice cream.  I know tmi.. sorry. I wish I could do ice cream...I'm gonna pull out my recipe for the banana frozen yogurt and make that Sunday, I think... Here was my day: Breakfast: Malto meal, banana and coffee (6 am) Snack: 1.5 ounces of Spicy Planters Peanuts (8 am) Snack: SoBe Protein bar (9:00) Lunch: two cans of Beef Stew (7.5 ounces each, 1 hour apart) I didn't brng a lunch today so this was in my "emergency stash" (10:00 and then 11:00) Snack: Homemade Protein bar (1:00)  Snack: Balance Bar (3:00) Dinner: Fillet Mignon on the grill and a small red leaf lettuce salad with pomegranete dressing (6pm) Dessert: Cottage Cheese and a banana with some SF Preserves. (9 pm) Calories 1768 Fat 66 Carbs 180 Protein 116
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I eat the sf kind.. its not bad at all but I do dump on SA.... sucks.. affraid to even try real sugar.   Yummy day. steak.. i love it.. got the cals back up I see.. thats a good thing for you.. great protein.  I know that adding like nuts to your diet as snacks my help you maintain your weight.. Ok Im checking in but was bad again today..sure wish I didnt eat when I get upset. I got the munchies today and went for carbs..bad bad bad. Tomm. is another day : )

wow... a rough day for you... lots of snacking going on and no real protein meals or meals for that matter.  hmmm... protein is low because of that and carbs are up.  Today is a new day.  We are allowed once in a while.. be safe... Carla

Whats in the felafels you eat.  Hard to know what you are eating without more info.   Did you skip a snack too.  How often to you try to eat a day.  Have a great one and I'll see you tomorrow. Carla

Felafels are ground chick peas with spices added. Sometimes I add green lentals. They are fried in Enola and olive oil.They are about 1 1/2 inch diameter. They have about 45 calories and the fat calories are about 60. Total 105.  I didn't snack but I plan on more EAS, or more protein somewhere. Fefafel and hummus aren't staples for me, but a once every few months treat. Too low in protein.

went to local winery with my DH today. We wanted to pick out some wines to give out at Christmas. We did some wine tasting, only had about a total of 4oz's, but boy did it hit me.

Lol.. thats what i have heard... drinks go right to your head.  I rarely  drank before so I figure I dont need to now.. especially since the only kind of drinks I like are sweet ones.. opps... oh well.. Sounds like you had a fun time.. wow what a day you had for calories and I think that wine had carbs in it.. hehehe... got you..
