No visiting today, had to get my shopping done.
I don't know how the prices are where everyone else lives but they sure keep going up here. It is hard to keep on a budget with the price of gas, oil and groceries and medical expenses that keep increasing.

It's crazy I agree... cost of gas is causing prices at the stores to go up. It is getting very tough. I own a suburban and it cost about 130.00 to fill it. I would love to get a smaller car but with four kids and one who needs to not sit with others it is impossible to do. I just shake my head when I go to the gas station.
You had a low day... especially for protein. I am sure tomorrow will be better as well.. stay well and I will see you than.
