Well the weekend is apon us.. how are we doing? what are we doing?  For once I dont have hugh plans.  I need to write a report for work but other than that I plan to take it easy.  The past couple of weeks have been very stressful.  Oh.  I am doing some stuff to my oldest daughters room this weekend but that shouldnt be to hard.. yeah.. So how was your day today.  Here was mine.
breakfast:

Check out that protein.. yeah finally got it up to a hundred and the calories are over 1000.  better day today.  I tell you I ate that peanut butter and I hurt forever.. i just lays in my pouch forever... anyone else have that problem.  Its happened a couple times.. I think I will avoid it in the future..  Hot tea did finaly help but gee.. ouchy.. Well see you all tomorrow.. Carla

Hey! I  like your layout its easy to read. Great getting the protein in. About PB i just ate some with my apple............will tell you tomm how it went lol..will keep in mind the hot tea if I need it. Today emotionally was better for me....I went to the hosp. to apply for a job i really didnt want..and there were no openings so i was kinda happy. I had to show hubby my support and I was trying. Then I went to another place and the boss was out of town for emerg. in the family. Yes... its pretty cool.  I changed my editor to html editor #1 and when I copied and pasted thats what it did...  wow low protein today.  I know this is all tough for you right now.. i hope you the best and finding what you need.  Hopefully you can get unemployee for dd while he is looking.. good luck to you. Listen you... you need to eat.. go get something in your tummy.  I know this is tough for you but if you dont it's only gonna get worse.  Please try and eat something ok.  YOu can do it if you put your mind to it and you need to do that.. mamma... eat something ok.. Carla

Jeeze...Here's my day: Breakfast: malto meal with banana and coffee Snack: Home baked protein bar and a cheese stick Lunch:3.2 oz canned salmon on red leaf lettuce and spinach with Italian dressing and a protein Balance bar snack: Granola bar and a cup of light yogurt (nf) Dinner: 1 buffalo burger patty with a drizzle of raspberry vinegret on it.  Bedtime snack: SF Chocolate Chunk Cookie Calories: 1514 Fat: 47 Carbs: 158 Protein: 114 If I could figure out why I'm still losing weight I'll make a million dollars selling it to people who need to lose weight...This is the stupidest thing I can think of!

You are the busy person and I think you just burn it off girl.  YOu are always doing something.  Still waiting for that recipe for the protein bar. Seems like you are eating enough but I know I loose more when I ate more.. strange as that is.. the body lets go when it nows you are getting enough food.  You just keep working it until you find what works for you.. you may even need to go higher than you are now... I just have so much energy, I really have a hard time sitting still. Tomorrow we're off to an open house at the local winery (where they also sell local buffalo meat...Gonna do some wine tasting and some meat sampling. Got some Christmas stuff to buy still). So because we'll be out of the house early I did two loads of laundry, mopped the kitchen floor, vacuumed all the rooms and cleaned three bathrooms tonight after dinner. Hubby would have loved for me to sit with him to watch TV but I had stuff to do and alot of energy to get it done. We have company coming on Monday for the holiday week so the place has to be clean or else.

I posted the recipe for the Protein Bars with the nutritional values and suggestions for tweeking the recipe how you like it.
