everyone should read the "pouch rules" post below
I think this is a really good reminder of where we all started what weve been through and what we "should " be doing at this time. I did the 5dpt last week and barely made it through the liquid stage but have been sticking to basically dense proteins and veggies this week and have dropped 2 pounds so far. We all know that the dense proteins keep us full longer and the filling with water in between only makes sense. And eating as often as we want only leads to grazing. My nut recommends 3 meals and 2 snacks. In this article "the ideal meal for weight loss" makes sense because of the dense protein,low starch veggies is what we were taught from the beginning and the fruit helps curb the urge for sweets. I am going to print this and keep it by my desk. Debra
