I too sufferer from insomnia.  I have restless leg syndrome as well.  I take Klonopin at night time for anxiety/panic disorder and it's supposed to help with the rls.  I have since started taking a prescription sleeping aid Restoril and it works great.  My fuzzy feeling in the morning at all.  I don't always sleep through the night, but mostly I do.  I can only take it 4 - 5 times a week according to my doctor.  I think I might try the Tylenol PM or the Benadryl as some of you mentioned.  It's good to have other options.  Sometimes when I wake up I am at a loss of what to do.  I take a muscle relaxer and try to fall asleep in the recliner.  It totally sucks!

Take 1/2 your ambien when you g o to bed (the put to sleep aprt can be just a speck) and take part II when you wake up. Most of us only get about 4 hrs out of it.

I use IDS vanilla cinnamon + Pure Whey Stack choco + about 10 oz of ho****er (mine is from Insta Hot) + a shake of cinnamon + calcium. Gives me 30g protein.

Water can be "coffee pot hot" or about 160 deg. If you nuke, nuke only the water, not the protein.

Try just a spoonful of protein first and if it separates, that was too hot!
