Accountability.. what did you eat Wednesday

OK.. so the big meeting went well and they loved all the stuff we are doing. That said I am glad it's over for anohter 6 months.

Now to me and my eating.. what am I doing. I am just not eating right.. protein is to low, cals are too low.. I need to make some adjustments and get this ship sailing right again. Take a look at this day and you will see what I mean..


Breakfast

Looks like you did good to me. I am eating totally wrong....im so stressed...faceing going to look for a job after not working in 20 years. Ouch. I hope things pan out for you on the job front. Dont stress its only been one day. You and dd will find a way I am sure.. prayers are coming your way.

YOur protein is way low for your norm.. yikes. Sail that ship my friend.. grab the helm and getter steady. A better day ahead I am sure...

Yes, I have been worried about you as I havent seen you posting for awhile. I glad you had a better day yesterday and came out. I hope they figure out whats wrong soon and get you ship shape. Infections are not good things. Please take care of yourself.

Sounded like a yummy food day for you. I love soup during this cold weather time. Glad to see you are eating and doing ok. Be good and hope to see you again tomorrow.

Hello there and welcome aboard. As captains of our own ships we sail the direction we need to for our plan and have the support of all these wonderful people to help us sail right.

Good day of eating for you.. lots of protein as well.. loving that.. not sure of the calories but you seem right in range. Do you input your food each day or just relay on what you know.. I know it helps me stay on line.. sometimes I think it deters me from eating to much as well...lol..

I don't put it in Fitday much, because I eat so much of the same things, and know the values pretty much. I am pushing protein even more lately because I had TT with hernia repair and BA, and am having a problem healing. I expected it actually, but didn't know I would lose my appetite as badly as I have. I am struggling to eat enough and the EAS really helps with the protein. I am always supprised to see I haven't lost a lot more weight! I'm down 12-14 pounds in the last 4 weeks.
