Accountability.. What did you eat Tuesday

I happened on a recipe for it on the Food Network. Alton Brown was making protein and granola bars. You can get the whole recipe there but generally it's a package of tofu and some soy protein. I substitute the flavor protein that I like most at the time and then do the dried fruit accordingly. I've been waiting to find some dried strawberries on sale and do the strawberry protein and sub the dried strawberries for all the dried fruit. The last time I made it I calculated the servings: Made with the mixed fruit: Calories: 162 Fat: 3.4 Carbs 23.8 Protein 10.2 I added up all the nutritional values for each ingredient and then divided by 16 so it's pretty close.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

coffee, coffee, coffee, with creamer and equal zone meal bar  and shell pasta with meat sauce, and cheese, about 2 cups and later another cup of pasta stuff. thats it I think. not really sure of the calories and such. but I gained 3 pounds this morning. So it must have been pretty bad. Terri

Wow.. not a lot of protein and lots of carbs. hmmm... I see by you sig you are still trying to loose. I hate when a gain a pound.. I know that must of upset you. It's probably some water there so it should go away soon.

I started off this morning Lean Body Vanilla w/Spice Chai (not my favorite it really was to thick I might try it with MM instead)

 

breakfast was egg w/avacado

 

Lunch: roast beef & carrots

 

snack: AO Vanilla Nut (I'm in heaven I received my order yesterday)

 

Dinner: Ground meat taco with the works on a wheat tortilla (couldn't fini**** but it was good) Edit: Calories 1054 Fat 48 Carbs 47 Protein 103

Very nice day. How mu*****alories do you think you get in a day. doesnt seem like a lot to me. All great choices though...

Wow.. when you see the numbers it makes such an impact.. love the protein.. you did fantastic all the way around. I am very impressed.. I knew it was a good day but that shows what a good day it was...
