Where are you all.. come on back.. get on board those ships and lets get to sailing. So another crazy day for me.. it always seems to be that way around this time.. than it all dies down in december.. good thing cause I take time off during that time.

So how was your day folks... sound off.. I want to hear from all of you now... sail away

Here was my day.. kinda low for me...


Breakfast...

Today for me emotionally wasnt good at all...as I woke up to my hubby telling me he had been layed off work. That is terrible news. OM gosh. I hope you find something quick and better.. My prayers are with you... low day for you as far a food and protein. Dont forget to take care of yourself. You have enough stress without getting sick.

good morning, i had a very bad day... b....protein drink...slim fast low carb l...1/2 sandwich...(slice of wheat bread, cheese and 2 slices of ham.) s...cereal bar..( why?????) s...ate the other 1/2 sandwich frm lunch. d...1/2 a cup of salad and 4 pieces of chicken nuggets. didnt add up..i know my carb intake was crazy, protein low i drank 128oz of water and 16oz coffee. oday is a new day. Be blessed.

The whole thing looks like its on the low side if you ask me. I guess we just have days like that.. today is a new day.

I had support group Tuesday evening so I didn't go home to eat. I usually order a broiled chicken fillet but the girl kept saying they only had the special...I could see the other on the menu. And then she didn't put my order up for the cook for 15 minutes..It took a half hour to get my stinkin chicken sandwich (which I pulled the fillet out and ate the lettuce and tomato with it, no bun). No tip for her, that's for sure! Here's my day: Breakfast:  Breakfast: Cream of Wheat cereal with dried apples, coffee Snack: Home made protein bar Lunch: Hamhocks and beans (3 oz lean ham, 1 cup pinto beans) Snack: 1 cheese stick and 6 oz Lite Non-Fat Yogurt Dinner: Broiled Chicken Breast (small) and a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce Bedtime snack: Homemade Protein bar Totals Calories: 1489 Fat: 25 Carbs: 179 Protein: 128
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Wow.. she doesnt deserve a tip for that service. good day for food I see.. love the protein total. I have been sucking big time in that area myself. What is this homemade protein bar.. You gotta recipe to share...
