can't remember how to change signature area

Geez, I can't believe how long I've been clicking around on  here trying to remember how to change my signature area info.--like the way I've listed my weight.  I'm going to bed, but would someone remind me how to do this?  (I am totally stupid on the computer and also when navigating the whole OH site, so make the directions very basic!) Thanks!

Hey Jo If you look over to your left,  where it says Your username, then the forum name, Forum Home, etc.... then the very last one in that list is User Settings, click User Settings to change your signature.
