Well it was a holiday here so I finished decorating the two boys rooms.. now separate.. yeah.. Came out really nice.. had to mud and tape the walls, paint, than decorate. One in nascar the other in Spiderman.. Didnt get it all done till 6:00pm.. never stopped. I even ate my lunch as I worked... yikes.. but.. they look good..

So Monday is here.. how are we all doing today. Are we sailing smoothly are getting back in control after the long weekend..

well, today we went shopping and restocked the house with food. After having that belly problem the last 2 days I had said no solids today...so i could care less about what we bought. I did ok...but wasn't very good on a few choices...after all no solid food is hard right?????? heres my day.... Wow that is great. you did well on your vacation as far as loosing. Probably the extra movement. Is your tummy feeling better.. I hope so. A little rest is sometimes a good thing.

Must be the season for home improvements...We put in a guest room to accomodate some guests we'll have for Thanksgiving and decided to put in french doors on our room...That made the stuff stacked behind the door a scene so we're putting in a new closet (I've just about run hubby out of his closet space with my closet stuffing) so all that stuff is moving and changing...And now the floor needs addressing so I'm looking at tile and the windows are not sufficient so I'm looking at curtains...The whole bedroom area is having an identity crisis... My Monday: I swapped first and second breakfasts this morning so my 2nd breakfast was actually my real breakfast and the first one was just to get me to the actual breakfast... Snack: Protein Bar and protein powder added to my coffee Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with spinach and swiss and a fruit cup (mostly apples and banana) Lunch: Turkey Chili and Mozzarella cheese Dinner: Beef Steak Medalian and carrots, 1/4 of a small potato Didn't need a snack or dessert...Too tired. Totals:  Calories: 1529 Fat: 65 Carbs: 93 Protein: 128

very nice protein day. I think this is a good time for remodeling because it isnt so hot and you can do more plus it gets dark earlier and its colder so playing outside is not an option any more.. I think we turn inside to home issues than.

back to the food.. nice day for you. now it is time to rest.. I guess. Have a good one and keep it up..

Yes that is nice. dont know of any around here. gee I see the salad.. low on protein but good choices over all for you.. keep that protein up and you are a star.

Take care and enjoy your new clothes.. Shopping is my major hobby now. hehehe
