Accountability... What did you eat Sunday?
Just thought I'd start this out since I'm leaving for work shortly and wont be home in time to participate tomorrow.
I had weird day. Got home from work at 5am, went to bed. got up at 7:30am for church, ate oatmeal.. felt all shaky, went back to bed. Got up at noon ate lunch, went back to bed. Got up again at 4:30 and ate dinner, then left for evening class and church. Just got back home ate again and I'm leaving for work in just a sec.
b - oatmeal w/ protein
l - turkey wrap
d - lean burger
d2 - turkey wrap, 100 cal ice cream bar

Calories: 890
Fat: 22
Carbs: 72
Protein: 99
Great numbers except the calories!! I'm surprised it's that low, I feel like all I did today was sleep and eat. ROFL!!!

For breakfast i had: 1/4 cup of salad. With two oz of cheese on it and 2oz of pepperoni. 2 T. of fat free dressing.
A hour later I had 24 oz of crystal lit ice tea over a period of 2 hours.
For lunch I had : 2 oz of turkey and 2 oz of chesse/
Again a hour later I drank 24 more oz of ice tea.
For a in between snack I had a min 100 calorie bag of pop corn.
Then a hour later I had 24 oz of diet ice tea.
Then for dinner I had. 1/4 cup of home made spagetti (sp) sauce with a 1 oz of meat in it ( without noodles) Instead of the noodles I had 2oz of salad with 1
oz cheese on it. 2T. spoonful of fat free dressing.
Right now working on drinking 64 oz of water before. I have to go to work for the nite.Every one have a wonderful day.Taichi

Glad you came aboard. Seems like you are doing good with fluids. Nice choices for the day. NOt much in the way of proteins. so you may be low on that. Have you ever used fitday or sparkpeople to input you intake each day. I find it really helpful to see if I am in the ballpark with my goals.. what ever they may be.

I got to feeling too ****y today and had TWO sf chocolate cookies...I'm paying for it this evening. I can't stay at the computer too long...That porcelain throne is calling me over and over again...Won't be doing that again any time soon...
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 oz steak, bite of hashbrowns (notice no cream of wheat this morning? We ate breakfast at 6:30 in town...EARLY) This was my COW free experiment.
Snack: Homemade protein bar
Lunch: Chicken leg stew with carrots and cream of celery soup (left overs from earlier last week)
Snack: two sugar free cookies and a trail mix cookie...What was I thinking?
Dinner: Hamhocks and Beans.

I took the curtains down in the living room and washed those. Then I moved a bunch of stone pavers in the yard by wheel barrow to the other side of the house. I set up a nice memorial for our little dog Prince who died Feb 2006...I moved alot of rock to get ready to put a nice solar light house there tomorrow and his plaque. I moved the Christmas decoration boxes out and got ready to put the Halloween decorations away. After I started feeling bad from the cookies it was hard to do anything else. I guess cleaning the bathrooms tomorrow won't just be because I have the energy...They'll need it after the cookies, darn it.

May I say I worked my bootie off today. First my friend wanted me to help her with a 25 foot fence and I planned to build a 13 by 8 foot wall in my boys room to separate them.
So guess what I did.. both.. went and got everything, built her fence in two hours than came home and just finished my wall in the boys room.. yes 945 at night.. been going since 6 this morning.. needless to say I am tired.. but both fence and wall look great if I do say so myself. It's not always a good thing when your hobbie is woodworking.. people always need help with things but I save tons on do it yourself stuff..lol

Well, I'm home again. I have no idea of my stats for today I haven't done anything but weigh. I was 148 this morning last weight was 150. So I am down 2lbs....as for eating...I am having a problem with abdominal pain....maybe gas. I really don't know all testing has come back negitive...saying nothing is wrong. Think I will stick to protein shakes and forget food for awhile....bless your gas....its much better out than in...believe me : ) Cha

I did have a doctor visit today with my kidney specialist, I hadn't seen him in 6months, he said I looked wonderful, that sure made my day. Also all my blood work is good and has even improved with my weight loss. It is amazing how many things weight loss can improve. My nephrologist was the one person who initially suggested my looking into weight loss surgery and has supported me all along.
