Tracy B, how did you do on the 5dpt,been thinking about you
I have been watching for your post on how you did or if you made it for the 5 days\ I did OK last week with only making it through one day of liquids then right into the proteins. I didnt lose any weight but really get full fast now. I am going to try to really watch it this week and eat mostly proteins and veggies although my husband wants lasanga for diner. Hi Deb!! Thanks for thinking of me! Had a hectic weekend, but I did stick to the 5days~YEAH!!! My clothes are fitting better again and I feel great! I don't think it was even a matter of losing "weight" (although I did drop 5lbs), but I think its losing the bloat that makes such a BIG difference! I'm with you on really watching it this week and sticking with the plan~in fact, I'd like to be pretty strick from now until Christmas if I can. I did this last year and it worked out really well. I lost a few extra pounds before the holidays b/c I knew I would be eating some things that weren't on my plan and this helped my physically and mentally to get thru the holiday eating frenzy!!! Congrats to you for your success with the 5 days too! I know this is something I will probably do over and over again at times~how about you?????
