Accountability buddy/group
Hello all,
I just started coming back to this site after almost a year away. Weight loss gets me distracted from things like this.
Here's the deal, I have lost about 70 pounds since my surgery 11/14/06- well actually I had lost 18 pounds before that from the liquid diet. I have only had two fills since my surgery and the last one was like in March! I need to get a fill, I know that is part of my problem. But another big thing is that I am lacking commitment and I hate to be accountable. Does anyone else have this problem? It's been so easy to slide back into the old habits. Sugar, carbs, grazing, over eating, and no exercise. It's amazing I've been able to maintan my weight loss as long as I have but I'm not losing and that's a problem! I still want to lose 55 more pounds!
I've been thinking, if I had someone to be accountable to other than myself and my enternally thin boyfriend, I might be able to get back on this thing.
My hope is to find at least one other person in the same boat that needs someone to be accountable to each day. this person would obviously have to be able to come on here every day. I would kind of like to try the 5 day pouch test but I feel like without accountability, it won't last a day.
If anyone's interested in getting back in the game with good eating and exercise, and would like someone to account to each day, please let me know- it's worth a shot!

ps- I have NO idea how to load up a weight loss ticker as my signature. i have tried it a million times and it never works. any suggestions?
just wanted to make an amendment to the previous post-
I really need to be accountable for my protein drink and water consumptions. I see other people kine of doing this same thing but they're accounting for their calories, sugar, etc. I'm not interested in that. i will not count that. I want someone to ask me what I ate and drank and how much exercise I got and ask me how I plan to fix where i messed up each day.
Maybe I'm asking too much. I'm just hoping that in this big world there's gotta be someone else walking in my shoes.
Hi and you are welcome to join our group. We check in everyday. some people do the five day pouch test. others count carbs, others protein. On our thread we are the captains of our own ships and we control the direction we head. If you wanna a buddy group check it out.. Account each day for what you want to do. We have others do exercise.. its up to you.. regardless we are all there to support each other.
