I need help with 5dpt... what are you guys eating??

Alright I am starting the 5 day pouch test tomorrow. I've gained back 47 lbs since I got married and I'm not alright with that at all. I don't exercise and I eat horribly, so the buck stops here.  The problem is I don't eat fish I really want simple meals nothing complex or with a ton of crazy seasonings. Please tell me what you are eating for this test so I don't end up doing protien shakes, cottage cheese and tuna the whole time.  Help!! thanks guys!!

Well, I do not want to stress over what to prepare so for days 1 and 2 I am just having Campbell's Soup at Hand, Jello SF Pudding, Protein Shakes, Coffee, Crystal Light, Popsicles SF, Brocolli Cheddar Soup. I like seafood so on day 3 I will be having tuna and chicken salad, eggs, chicken casserole which has soups and sourcream in it.  That is fine with me because I don't like to go to a lot of trouble.  I will just be really glad to get to chew something. On Day 4 I will have hamburger steak, and probably more tuna and chicken salads, eggs, soups. Day 5 will be grilled chicken, steak or roast beef.  Maybe BBQ pork with some veggie's/fruit added in (green beans, cabbage, apple, etc.)

I had gained 29 lbs back in the past 2 years so I feel ya!  You have recognized the problem and are ready to get back on the loosers bench!  Congratulations on that 1st step!!!!!  I'm going to be starting the 5dpt again next week (Thursday, I work nights and feel it's best for me to start on my days off where I can focus on how I'm feeling).  I did the 5dpt about 3 weeks ago and it really helped me get back in touch with my pouch.  I don't care for a lot of seafood either so what I did was drink protein drinks and broth days 1 & 2, then 3,4 & 5 I ate hard boiled eggs, baked chicken, hamburger (very lean), cottage cheese & yogurt.  The key for me was making sure to go for a walk every day (I went for 30 minutes the first day, then up to an hour days after that). I will do this again, I just got out of the habit once the 5dpt was overwith with my crazy schedule... this time I really want to keep it going.  Best of luck to you!  Keep us posted on your progress!

Help.  I don't know what this 5 day program is about.  All I know is that I have gained 12 lbs and I am panic stricken.  I have fallen back into some bad habits.  Can someone tell me what is involved in this program? HELP!!!!!!!
