I dont know how you keep loosing with all you are eating. yesterday was kind of low for you so that may have something to do with the drop. You are still maintaining within a range so it will work itself out.

Someone mentioned to me today that there is such a thing as a hyperactive thyroid...If that's the case, this could be the "problem" but I sure don't want to have to take medication for anything...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I have stayed the same the past few weeks @151. I can't say whether I will lose much more, I don't want to decrease my calories from where they have been and I am not one for vigorous exercise, so time will tell. I have come along way from my highest weight of 350lbs, which I held for a number of years until I lost about 80lbs during a long illness, then recovered enough to start gaining again. Got back up to 280 and then persued getting wls surgery and got down to 269 by the day of surgery, so all in all I have lost just about 200lbs over the past several years. I am at a place I never dreamed I could be again and that is a wonderful place to be. Any additional pounds that come off will be a bonus. Maintaining this weight is where I should be focusing most of my efforts now but I wouldn't be upset if I lost an  additional 10lbs. Sher

I agree completely. You did great and there is not stead fast rule of exactly what you should weigh.. well u know what I mean. It's up to us to decide where we are comfortable. You have a great routine going and it is working for you. I know you lost a few pounds not to long ago. I think it will eventually come off but there is no hurry in it. Enjoy life and see what it brings.

Congrats on all your sucess. You are an inspiration to me.
