Well it's that time again. How are we all doing.. are we reaching our goals.. maintaining, loosing and maybe even gaining. sound off everyone.. let keep it going.

I agree... I have NEVER maintained  a weight before...either UP or DOWN. This is a fine balance....... gulp... Hugs Linda

This week I am 122

I am still maintaining for the past 2 months so I am very happy with that.

Good day! I'm sitting about 15 pounds away from my (and my doctors) goal and have been there for awile now.  I like to set goals at achievable levels, but this last one is a doozy.  It's the high end of acceptable weigt for me, BMI wise, but I'm really hoping to achieve it this year.  Let's see: 335+ (pre surgery) sat at 200 (inital small goal) for a wile am at 165 steady for over a month now. Realistic goal weigt 150. I'm okay with my current weight, and suppose I can accept it if it dosn't drop.  My family and husband say I look good, and I FEEL pretty good.  In honesty though, if I don't hit my goal weight by the end of this year I'll probably be kinda bummed.  I think I can do it!

You have done so fantastic. You will get there.. sometimes it's slow and steady. What matters is you are happy healthy and feeling good about yourself. Try inputing your stuff for a while and see what you can do to change it up a bit. you can do it.. congrats on all you have succeeding in.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
