Accountability... what did you eat Thursday

Well the weekend is upon us.. I am truely ready and with the holiday on Monday it is 4 days for me.. I will probably work from home as I have so much to do right now.. but it all pans out when I have the slow times..

So how was your day. I have been trying to get my calories back up to at least 1200 a day. I have been on a low trend lately and I am sure thats not a good thing.. so today marks the second day I hit over 1200 cals.. just gotta watch the scale and see if it agrees with my plan to increase those cals..lol

Heres my day.


Breakfast

Wow.. look at my carbs.. over a hundred... wow.. love the protein total though.. fat is low so I think its not to bad of a day.

OK, so I'm sooooo tempted to not post my foods for yesterday!! Or, at the very least to "fudge" them. It was pathetic!!!! YIKES, what a day.  b - oatmeal w/ protein l - none d - turkey wrap, chocolate chip cookies s - protein drink  Totals Calories:  753 Fat: 18 Carbs: 69 Protein: 72 then I did eat a grilled chicken snack wrap at work last night (not sure if that goes on yesterday or today as it was 2:00am??) so that's another 270 cals, 10g fat (yikes) 26 carbs and 18 protein sooo that'll put me just over 1000 calories.  Just had a difficult day and eatting was not quite where it ought to be. (but dang I enjoyed those cookies!!!!)

Wow girl you need to get food in you with all the running around you're doing. Take care of yourself.. glad to hear you at least got some more in.. cookies.. you and your treats.. but I cant say much with my ice cream..hehehe...

Well, I bugged out on work yesterday and just plain didn't give a darn...And my menu shows it.  Breakfast: (still thinking I will go into work) Cream of Wheat and a banana and coffee. Second Breakfast: (after I've decided to heck with the world) 2 scrambled eggs and a slice of cheese, dab of milk to scramble the eggs.  Lunch: Didn't actually have one...Munched on roasted green peas and sf cookies (1/2 cup of peas and two sf cookies Snack before dinner: Home made protein bar Dinner: Chicken legg stew. Picked as much of the skin off as I could and ate 1 small potato and most of two whole carrots, stewed in cream of mushroom and cream of celery with some parm cheese on top...Yummy stuff.  No snack. I planned on having cottage cheese and sf preserves but fell asleep and didn't wake up till before dawn...Oh well. I don't HAVE to have dessert, I guess.  Totals:  Calories: 1383 fat: 53 Carbs: 144 Protein: 77 I'm sure I made up for this day the two days before it...My calorie levels can be off the charts and then I do something like thursday and the bottom falls right out...
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I think we all do a little of that and I also think its good.. it keeps the metabolism wondering. Still not a bad day. Hope you enjoyed your day. I think we all need those mental health days now and again.

I dont see a salad.. wow.. and wow on that wrap. it is crazy and I bet the sodium is through the roof too.

Nice day even though it was different for you. good protien numbers. All are good numbers in truth.
