Hi everyone I don't post very often to the boards but read them everyday. Went to my Dr. on Monday and he put me on time out for two weeks and then need to call him to see what changes he will make then. I have gained 50 lbs. I hope I can come to this board and get help during the next two weeks. I just finished my first Isopure. I have to tell myself that I can do this. crazy.eights (Debra)

When did you have your surgery? I've put back on about 30 and I am determined to get to 150 (total weight - not gain it!). So far so good, I've taken off 10. I have been using the protein supps as a meal replacement from time to time as well. -=db=- PS - You CAN do it!

hello, well i just had to post... i did the time out in july, you can see my profile lost 12 lbs (i for some strange reason stopped doing it) but luckily and to my great surprize i have yet to re-gain, it was what i needed.. i still weigh alot more then i want to, and your post motivated me and i am going to re-start. read my profile i gained weight and never had the joy of reaching goal (yes some of it was my own doing) so you go girl you can do it... dont give in to a temporary satisfaction of food, keep the will power and remember it is only 14 days, do a count down.   i will keep an eye out for your posts, i had an email buddy doing it with me and the daily sometimes 2 or 3 really kept me on track.. good luck you can do it, 1lb at a time..
