My Favorite RTD Protein FYI

EAS brand AdvantEDGE Carb Control is my favorite has way less fat than Adkins, less sugar and more protein than Slim Fast. It has 110 calories, 17grams protein, 0 sugar and a good amount of vitamins and comes in chocolate, vanilla, and a couple of coffee flavors.

That's the one I tell EVERYONE about also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you can buy them anywhere, WalMart, KMart, Krogers Sams. I keep them on hand to grab and go. Robin
