Is anyone in that government study?

I just saw a posting somewhere (and I think I read something here too) about the government study that is being done on people that have not lost all they wanted after surgery.  Is anyone in this?  If so, can you tell me about it?  How long did it take you to contact them to get started?  Thanks for any info.  you can post here, or email me at [email protected]  Melissa
