Sometimes I wonder myself. I am falling asleep at the pc right now. Good thing is I love my job. It's nice helping people (mostly parents) work with their special needs child.

I always say.. good day again.. darn it.. make my job here way to easy Sher. Let me find something wrong once in a while.. nah.. you keep up the good job. You should be proud of yourself and how you work the program each and every day.

Glad to hear you are on the mend. I am sure as you are able you will be back in that pool swimming. Interesting day I would say. would like to see a little more protein and I am sure it would help you in the mending department as well. Just a thought.

Do you use sparkpeople or fit day to check your intake. that would let you know what you are getting in and help you adjust your day.

I just got a great sf, ff, peanut butter and chocolate cheese cake. hope to make it on friday. I love it too. Seems like that was your major input of the day.
